For those who want to take a deep dive within and are ready for a breakthrough.



The stress release therapy sessions are based on Applied Specialized Kinesiology and involve several techniques to help you reduce your stress & emotional blocks. This type of therapy focuses on identifying the real problem(s) and resolving the main blocks that stand in the way of mental and physical wellbeing.


Every session we start with a talk, so we can identify and define the real issue. Once we find our topic, using different tools we will access information from your subconscious, defuse the emotional blocks and negative emotions causing your pain, irritation, and suffering.

My goal is not to just resolve one issue but also to work towards creating a lasting change, through a new mindset and approach regarding the issue. Based on mindfulness, positive psychology you will learn to be more self -compassionate, confident and live with more awareness towards yourself and others.

The amazing thing about this technique is, that whether these blocks were created in the past (childhood) or in the present moment, we can access information from the subconscious, through signals  of the body. Through biofeedback - a.k.a. muscle testing, I can help you find the information stored in the unconscious and subconscious mind. Then without hypnosis, we reprogram the mind. This way the negative memories and beliefs lose their powerful effect on your current situation and feelings and real transformation can take place.

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO you NEED?

This is something I can not tell you, but we will decide together. More precisely your body will tell me. Often one session can already bring significant positive changes. For more complex and deep rooted problems, usually, more therapy / coaching sessions are needed. To resolve more blocks and help you to a more stable and permanent healing process and lasting shift. Normally the length of one session is between 1,5-2 hours.
