Come and join these new, feel-good flow yoga classes, in Hillegom, on Wednesday evenings or Sunday mornings, guided in English. 

Take a moment for yourself to move, breathe, and simply just be, outside of all the stress
& rush.

These yoga classes are not about touching your toes or doing it “right.” They are about relaxing in the moment, feeling what’s there, and knowing that’s already enough. They are about enjoying, unwinding and recharging your batteries.

🧘‍♀️ All levels welcome — beginners too!

The yoga classes are English-speaking, so everyone feels at ease — whether you’re a dutchie or an expat in the Netherlands.

Come join, try something new, and give yourself the gift of feeling grounded, connected, and recharged.

- Outdoor (Sunday):
Move, breathe and unwind surrounded by nature.

Please note: a valid entrance pass for the park is required and not included in the price.
If the weather doesnt permit and there is animo, the Sunday class can also be occasioannly held indoors.

🌦️ Weather & updates (outdoor classes)
Outdoor classes are weather dependent.

🎒 What to bring
Indoors (Wednesday):
• Just bring yourself — mats, props & tea are provided

Outdoors (Sunday):
• Your own mat
• Water
• An extra layer if it’s chilly, light clothing if warm
• Optional: picnic blanket if the grass is wet

What’s always included
• A guided wellbeing experience- a fusion of yoga, pilates and relaxation elements, such as aroma therapy, breathwork, Reiki & sound healing 

• A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere
• Time to unwind and reset
• Tea & a moment to land (indoor classes)
